Stress relief

First, it is important to be happy with yourself. Notice strengths and positive things in your life. A lot of people need stress relief. Do this by following a meditation video, like those from Deepak Chopra. He has meditations in stress relief and living carefree.

You can also take a meditation walk. Notice nature and your surroundings, be alone with your thoughts.

Other ways I am interested in looking into are acupuncture and reiki. I think these could be great stress reducing things.

One last thing that is very basic, is setting yourself up with your favorite book or magazine and a cup of tea. This is a great ritual to have.

I get teas from a great tea shop in town. They have so many great flavors. I like making iced tea and really enjoying it.

One last thing, what if you decided to be really creative? Breaking out a fresh sketchbook and Drawing what comes to mind. or maybe writing lyrics to a song. these are great outlets to have.
