
Spiced iced cappuccino
This coffee drink tastes great and has low calories. I like making my own version of a Frappuccino, and there are many healthy ways to flavor it. You can use cacao powder or vanilla extract. For this one I used the perfect blend of spices.
I usually love having iced coffee with almond milk and cinnamon, but this just elevates the drink and the cinnamon also speeds up your metabolism.
Here is the recipe:
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 scoops ground coffee
Monkfruit, coconut sugar or agave nectar
Milk- almond, coconut or regular
Put spices into a filter or French press along with the coffee. Brew as usual.
Put 1 c of ice into a blender, add coffee, a sweetener if you take your coffee that way (I like using agave nectar or coconut sugar) and a splash of milk. Blend a few minutes until frothy. Enjoy your morning!
