These pancakes are healthy and have no sugar. There is no sugar in the toppings either, they are pure fruit.

For the whole wheat pancakes:
1 1/3 c whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
I egg
1/3 c coconut milk
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
Mix the dry ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients and add to the dry. Mix thouroughly. Add 1 tsp coconut oil to a nonstick pan. Heat and add batter in spoonfuls. Cook until firm on each side.
In a separate pan add coconut oil and wait until hot. Add 1 sliced banana to pan. Cook until brown.
In another pot, add 1/2 c frozen berries- I used a mix of blueberries, blackberries , raspberries and strawberries. Add 1/4 c water. Heat through.
Put your pancakes on a plate and add the awesome fruit on top!
