

Iām always looking for ways to sneak veggies into meals. Veggies have endless benefits, not to mention antioxidants and vitamins and minerals. Full of fiber, they fill you up when added to a meal.
And I love starting my day with a smoothie, so I created this veggie/fruit smoothie. It is delicious, is full of nutrients, and very satisfying.
1/2 c beets
Handful of fresh spinach
1 banana
1/2 c frozen cherries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 1/3 c coconut milk
Add all ingredients to a blender and serve.

1/2 c frozen mango
1 carrot
Juice from 1 orange
1/2 c Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey
1 c coconut milk
