Cranberry muffins:

Another perfect breakfast: muffins! These are healthy cranberry muffins and corn muffins. The cranberry muffins are loaded with B complex vitamins, which improve skin appearance and health. Vitamin B1 (thiamin) helps convert carbs to fat for storage of potential energy (great pre-workout snack!). It also improves nerves and muscles. Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) is called the anti stress vitamin, improving anxiety, supporting adrenal glands and hormones, and the metabolism. It prevents aging and wrinkles. Chia seeds add healthy essential fatty acids (good fat), cranberries provide vitamin C.

The cranberry muffins are so healthy, moist on the inside and satisfying.

Recipe:

Dry ingredients

1 c oats

1 c pancake mix

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cloves

Wet ingredients:

1 egg

1/2 c cranberry sauce

1/2 c milk

1 tsp vanilla

◦ 1/4 c maple syrup

Mix dry ingredients together. In separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients.

Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
