Can of diced tomatoes
3 oz lean ground beef (organic, grass fed is best)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Butter
Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add in ground beef. Brown, and add diced tomatoes and garlic. Continue cooking until meat is cooked. Stir occasionally and keep cooking until the liquid is gone from the tomatoes. This should give you a very fragrant topping for the pizza.
Next, heat up a store bought naan. You can heat until soft and warm, or toast if you like a crunchy crust. Top with meat mixture, and add a little salt.
You can also top with grated mozzarella if you want, but I find it’s equally delicious without.
